REFUNDS:
Please note that if your return is not due to an error on our part, we will deduct the shipping costs from the refund given, or we will charge a shipping and handling fee for items sent for orders qualifying for Free shipping.

Restrictions:

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from ThistleFlowers USA and UK.

Any stock item in new and unused condition may be returned for exchange or refund provided we are notified within seven (7) days of product(s) delivery.

Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, or are not in a saleable condition, or are missing parts, will be charged a restocking fee of up to 20% at our discretion.

You may exchange or return merchandise for a full refund based on the original form of purchase. After being notified and receiving the merchandise, we will replace, credit or refund your money for the value of the items (excluding postage, packaging and insurance) based on the original form of purchase.
