2008 update of our thistleflowers.com website

We are currently in the process of moving our ISP and server from California to Texas, USA.

Our UK site will be up and running on 28th January 2008 and will include the sale of smaller items only to USA/Canada.  Larger items for delivery to the USA/Canada will be handled in the near future by our drop ship outlet in Las Vegas, USA.

Our method for online payment will be the Google Checkout system.

Please note that we no longer ship larger items of the ThistleFlower range to the USA/Canada from Scotland, due to the prohibitive costs of postal delivery.

 

UK - All Items
We are able to sell both the larger and small size items for delivery to the UK and Europe.

 

USA and Canada - Small items
Smaller sized items including hand-made buttonholes, tartan ribbons, etc will be sold through ThistleFlowers.COM and shipped direct from Aberdeen, Scotland.

USA and Canada - Larger items
We are not able to ship our larger sized Scottish flowers due to changes in the UK Postal delivery system. Larger boxes are no longer accepted for air delivery and have now been classed as courier type items. The costs for a basic courier package of up to 2kg. in weight is US$70 and this made the sale of our larger items quite prohibitive.

We are in the process of shipping a range of our larger items for supply from Las Vegas, USA to enable us to offer a more competitive priced delivery. Availability from Las Vegas will commence from February 2008.
